Rob Burns

Rob has a background in Emergency Management, Safety (Construction, Demolition and Operations) and Industrial Paramedic services.

Rob has worked in all sectors of the workplace: Government, Industry and Small Business over the past 45 years. His focus over the past 35 years has been in chemical manufacturing, mining, refining and construction in Senior Emergency Management and Safety roles, including Alcoa (16 years) and Wesfarmers CSBP (10 years).

Rob is a Working Director in BSafe.

Rob is the Principal Emergency Management/Safety Advisor and Certificated SMS Auditor and Trainer.

Rob’s major focus over the past few years has been on Quality/Safety Compliance Audits and Chemical Management.

Rob has formal qualifications in:

  • Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Diploma in Remedial Massage (rehab focused)
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
  • Approved Quality Auditor
